Can someone lead me to a website that gives information about discrimination in workplace for Florida?

My husband has been discriminated against at his work. It's a private christian school (non profit organization) and he's the IT manager. He just found out he has a heart condition and so right after they found that out, they breached his contract and cut him off early. Then as soon as they received a letter of suit that we were pursuing damages, his boss altered and hid doents and dates in other un-used files on the server. My husband can see everything on the server. He's over 180 computers at work and see's teachers, childrens, and administrations computers at all times. His boss even owes him back pay that he won't seem to pay him on time. Also, it's going to be hard for my husband to get another IT job now because of his heart, although his doctor said he could return to work on light duty. His job is not manual labor. He doesn't have to lift more than 30 lbs and he doesn't climb in attics, as his boss lied to the state in the real. My husband's blood pressure has been through the roof, and the hospital bills, and pain & suffering, loss of sleep, stressed, and we are NEWLYWEDS!! So all of this is just leaving him out in the cold. Ok, I'm just venting really. We are having a meeting with the Board of Education and the Pastors and Board of the church on Monday evening. My husband needs some solid numbers (per the state of Florida) to ask for compensation in the areas of Compensatory, Punitive damages, Future monetary losses (unemployment and it's hard to find a job in Florida), Mental anguish (including family and new wife), medical bills and medicine, and inconvenience. Can someone help us come up with some figures? We need help!!! Recommendations of websites that will give us some calculations?? thanks in advance! We've already been there, done that with EEOC. The church/school is ready to settle out of court, but we just want to get the maximum amount of what is due to my husband without completely putting those institutions under.
