What means that I can eat 20 grams of carbs per day ? How much is that ? How many ounces of vegetables and WHICH vegetables ? Is cheese included in these 20 grams or can I eat cheese beside these 20 grams ? And any kind of cheese ? Pls tell me how much cheese and vegetables I'm allowed per day in OZ. or GRAMS, thanx !! ( because I never understood this part of the induction phase )
