89 bmw 325i convertible windows not working?

hi, i have a 89 bmw 325i and i went into the car this morning and the windows wont work the black on is pressed there is nothing wrong with the relay or anything i hooked up a power tester to the fuse which is 30a and the windows worked it seems that power in not getting to that fuse can someone please help im dying in this heat!!!
