Can't remember name of short-lived Chris Kattan SNL character...?

Chris Kattan played a character that came on during Weekend Update to give the dish on Hollywood gossip, only he was terrible at it and had no real inside scoop. My friends and I would always mimic his catch phrase where he'd go, "Baa, RESPECT!" Does anyone else remember that or what the character's name was?
