Will i be able to make it into UNC at Chapel Hill pre med or W&M Pre medicine?

I am a high school sopre with a weighted 100.09 average. I take AP Biology and took chemistry and biology last year(freshman). I am not in any clubs but i was chosen to volunteer at a hospital for 100 hours during next year's school year . I live in New York and will be taking the Regents for Physics, Global, and Math B this year. I got an 88 on the living environment (Biology) regent and an 81 on the chemistry regent. If it helps, i will take the SAT II in biology this year and the SAT next year. I will also take the AP test in Biology. On the PSAT i got a 161 out of 240.What are my chances so far to getting into these out of state schools???
