Should we as a society pay for her children?

I think we should support the child because the other option is to let innocent children have no chance at all. However, I think we do need guidelines that mandate a child is moved to be adopted if it's apparent the mother is having children, unmarried, and she does not have the means to support them. If she still cannot stop having kids, I'm not entirely against having her tubes tied, however such a thing mandated by law will never happen.
