Should i start steve smith of the Giants instead of Donald Driver of the Packers?

Who should I start for week 6, steve smith or donald driver? I feel like starting Smith since his team is playing against the Lions. But at the same time Driver's a more reliable receiver and has been more consistent. give me your opinion
