If war torn Iraq has improved so much and is being rebuilt, why are millions of refugees displaced?

It has improved greatly! My son is over there now, his 3rd deployment, and he has told me about everything they've done to help the people. Many of those displaced are going home. New schools have been built, things are much better for them then when Saddam was ruling. All the soldiers ask is to let them finish their job. If Obama becomes president and pulls them out too soon, many will probably get out of the service as soon as they can. They want to come home proud of what they've done, and not make it so all the soldiers that have died to help these people died for nothing!
