Do you think "Dark Knight" will be a clic?

with Heath Ledger's performance supposed too be phenomenal, will it become a movie clic to remember? most superhero movie sometimes generally have short time success, like Iron Man, X-men, Fantastic Four etc. aren't taken seriously by movie critics and audiences. Sure, Iron Man was a hell of a movie, fun to watch, but is it a clic. I personally think Dark Knight might become a movie clic like Godfather, Star Wars, etc.. What do you think?
