Am I spoiling my baby?

it is hard for me to ask this question because so far i have believed that it is impossible to spoil a baby before 6 months. however, i feed my baby regularly and when i put him down and walk away he starts to fidget a lot and sometimes cry. he acts like he is hungry but uses my nipple as a pacifier when i feed him again. when i pick him up and go to do things with him he is fine and falls asleep against my chest. i love him a lot and i think it might just be that he needs me near him for comfort because he's so little, but i have to do other things around my house. even right now i am holding him while on the computer. he is 6 weeks old and very healthy. if anyone understands... advise please.
