Can a Koranist please teach me how to pray from the Qu'ran only?

I want the exact movements mentioned in sequence so I don't screw anything up. And if you can, please also prove to me that the Qu'ran is uncorrupted without using hadith, sunnah, or reports of the Tabi'in and Tab'tabi'in.
